A Banana a Day (sorry apples!)

Today I read an article advocating for bananas instead of apples!  Yay!  I pretty much eat a banana a day anyway.

Besides apples, there are lots of good fruits out there that not only taste good but are very good for you!  Other fruits I like are blueberries, strawberries, pineapple, kiwi and watermelon.

But why bananas over apples?  Bananas has more protein, more Vitamin A, more iron, and it is rich in potassium.  Personally, I like the way they taste more than apples anyway.  (Sorry apples!)

Next time you are craving something sweet, try a banana or some other type of fruit.  You'll get all the natural sweetness you need plus extra vitamins and nutrients too!
