Apple Slices, Apple Overnight Oats

So I am more focused lately on my diet, exercising and overall health.  This morning I had overnight oats (oatmeal) - homemade - with diced apples and cinnamon for flavor.  I throw in soy milk and let it sit overnight.  Then in the morning, add walnuts and there's breakfast.  It's very filling and good for you!

The leftover apple half, was cut up into slices and that's what I had for a very filling afternoon snack.  A healthy snack at that!

When I was growing up, I had access to all kinds of apple trees.  So my friend and I, would not only climb the trees we also had apples nearly every day. 

I guess it's true ... it's good to eat an apple a day (or as often as you can!)
