An apple a day, not hardly!

Well, I have to say I didn't make my goal last year of eating an apple a day.  I did make a move to try to eat better.  Most of the time, I do okay but my weaknesses remain sugared drinks, chips, ice cream, and pizza!  If I limit those, they are not so bad.  I still eat the occasional apple.  Most of the time, I eat a banana a day.  Maybe I should change the name of this blog to "Eating a Banana a Day" - hmmm doesn't exactly have the same ring to it.  Anyway, here's to a fresh and healthy start to 2018!
