Apples, apples, apples and other Delicious Veggies!

I'm still eating apples, they are really good for you!  I am not getting to them once a day, but I have added other healthy items to my diet:  blueberries, strawberries, raspberries, tempeh, mushrooms, corn, cucumbers, lettuce, tomatoes, broccoli, cauliflower, carrots, hummus and bananas.  I started today back on oatmeal!  I am on a quest to reduce the salt from my diet ... it's amazing how much of it is hidden in foods, especially processed ones.  Plus the outdoor pool is open now so it makes swimming more fun.  And with the nicer weather, it's easier to get out and work in the garden or outside.  Plus it's a great time for apple pie!  Hmmm, would that still count as eating an apple a day?
