Mindset, Nutrition, Fitness Online Groups Can Help to Encourage Your Healthy Lifestyle

For the past few weeks, I've been in an online group where we have daily check ins and encourage each other to work out and exercise, eat right, and to practice mediation and positive thinking.  It's been a new experience for me, but a good one!

It's often said that doing fitness and exercising with others is helpful because you can help each other to keep going.  I had been sick during part of the online group, but I stuck to my diet and exercise routine pretty much. 

I have been way more wary of what I eat, too.  I've noticed if I eat more whole foods (no processed foods) I feel more full and eat less! 

Now, I still snack on some of my snack foods and have some soda, too.  But I am eating far less of it.  I'm hardly touching sweets - of course, I like saltier food better anyway so that wasn't all that hard.

If you are thinking of joining or participating in an online Fitness group, it's worth the time.  It takes little time to make a post and if you're online on Social Media anyway you may as well due something that will really help to benefit your overall health!
