Apple slices in fruit cups and bags of apples

So I've been having apple slices in fruit cups.  Those can be quite good, especially if there's more than one kind of apple. 

There's a new health food grocery store here so I bought a bag of apples.  I'm trying to find some variety without heading into the apple pie and ice cream category, lol.
